So I get on there. It gives a measurement.
I grab a mug, get back on the scale. It adds a pound.
I get on the scale again. And now it's 2 pounds below what I got in the first step.

It's like it has a random number generator in there, I can't trust it at all.

It only has one function: to measure mass. And it fails at that. So what is its worth?

I was researching this behavior and I found the reason for the inaccuracy:
A lot of scales will try to pretend that they are reproducible. So if you are within a certain amount, it'll just redisplay the last result instead of your actual mass.
To defeat this, you have to get on the scale with something heavy. Get off the scale. Get back on empty handed so you can trust what it reads.

Thanks Taylor, now getting my weight is an eight step process (probably can skip 1st 2 steps):
1. get on.
2. get off.
3. grab something heavy.
4. get on.
5. get off.
6. put heavy object away.
7. get on.
8. read display.

EDIT:
I got Seca Clara 803 Digital Personal Scale with Black Rubber Coating instead and am much happier. It actually displays a new measurement each time.

Bought this scale about a month ago. It showed me as weighing 426lbs. I lost 30lbs and was under 400lbs. Went to the Dr. for a checkup and actually weighed 413lbs. Pretty discouraging. Then it started showing "Err" msg and stopped working altogether.

Its Mac compatible but it took a while for my Macbook to recognize it as a DVD reader/writer. It would work for a bit, then start making a loud whirring & shaking noise and then would eject my disc while in use. After about 3 days of plugging it in & out and trying different discs, it just kicked in and began working normally. So works great now, but caused quite a headache at first.

I'm a Mac owner. I was hopeful this Samsung external dvd writer would help with the DL disc my Macbook does not burn. Service was great, as it always has been with Amazon. I burned one disc. I try to burn another but it would not spin. I had to stop burning and when I tried a second time, it wouldn't read the disc. It hasn't worked since. The LED light will blink twice, and go off.

very awesome drive! it's a little bigger than a CD case and it loads movies in an instant! (including my netbook loading up windows Media Player it takes less than 10 seconds to have the movie loaded and ready to play) also I've found that one USB gives it more than enough juice to play back movies without needing the second one (burning to discs on the other hand will require both) also with exception to when it first loads up the discs it's incredibly quiet (absolutely perfect for movies!)

Decided to go with yellow fogs on my 2008 Roush 427R (Mustang). Halo makes a great product - great packaging, high light output, and a very thick filament. Very impressed. For my application, the bulb gasket proved to be too thick, so I had to used the gaskets off my previous set of 9145 bulbs to make it fit. Not a big deal.

I had to take off my OEM red rubber seals and put on these yellow ones....the HALO seals are too BIG!! and won't lock in or seat properly. So...after messing with them for 15 minutes or so I swapped them out. Worked like a charm. Didn't get a 5 because of this.

These are a great price for the amount of light they put out....very nice yellow for a fog. Saved me 200 bucks for a set of PIAA's. Win.

This slicer works just as I wanted it to. So glad that a product does just what it is suppose to do. I wanted my cheese to be cut in the exact same size pieces for a presentation and this product does just that. I did find that if I got too big of a mozzarella ball that I needed to cut it in half to be sliced but other than that I am thrilled with the product.
